What We Do

The key to delivering on a successful Interior Design Project is the timely integration of the multitude of components that go to make up the final Home Interior .

The design itself must be integrated with the appropriate Architectural Plans. Local Government permits must be expedited prior to construction starts. Build‐out of each of the components and delivery of the Interior selections all must be coordinated and scheduled with a view to minimizing delays or overlaps and to maximizing efficiencies.

The package of services that International Interiors can provide has been developed with Project Integration as the cornerstone to the successful and timely delivery of the Home Interior :

  • Initial Design Concept
  • Budget, Project Cost and timeline with final completion date
  • Architectural Plans if structural or wall changes are made
  • Local Government Permitting if required
  • Fixtures, flooring, wall coverings, window treatments. Cabinetry and color coordination
  • Selection of any other accessories etc (Audio/Visual, Electrical…..)
  • Purchase and storage
  • Project Management of the entire Design Project.

From initial concept to final completion, International Interiors will either put together a cost effective budget, or work within the client’s budget to provide a final Interior Design that all can be proud of and which will provide years of enjoyment for the Home Owner.
